Rectification appointment is the type of appointment for the situation when Unit Owner/Owner decide/want issue(s) to be fixed by rectification (By Appointment). The contractor will see their appointment here.
1. Click 'Upcoming' in appointment section.
2. Filter appointment type by clicking 'All Type'.
3. Click 'Rectification'.
4. Click on the appointment.
5. Click 'Attend Appointment' to attend to appointment.
6. Click 'Yes' to confirm, otherwise to cancel click 'No'.
CANCEL APPOINTMENT
1. To cancel rectification appointment, click 'Upcoming' in the appointment section.
2. Click 'All Type' to filter appointment type.
3. Click 'Rectification'.
4. Click 'Appointment'.
5. Click 'Cancel Booking'.
6. Click 'Yes' to confirm cancellation, otherwise click 'No'.
