Customer service can make transaction to return the access items to owner.


1. Select "Access Item" from side menu and click "Access Item".


2. Click on "View" icon to view details.


3. Click "Add New" then, click "Access Item".


4. Click "Return". Fill in the list of items.


5. Scroll down and sign off inside "Submitter Signature" and "Received Signature". Click "Clear Signature" to reset the signature. Click the "Submit Form" button.
