This submit access item transaction is done by owner and submitted to customer service.


1. Select "Access Item" from side menu and click "Access Item".


2. Click on "View" icon to view details.


3. Click "Add New" then, click "Access Item".


4. Click "Submit". Fill in the list of items.


5. Scroll down and sign off inside "Submitter Signature" and "Received Signature". Click "Clear Signature" to reset the signature. Click the "Submit Form" button.
