This function is so that users can split issues that have been joined.
1. Click on the black marker that indicate joined issues.
2. Select one of the issues and click on "Split" to split the issues.
3. Move the white marker around to pinpoint a new location for the issue.
4. Click "OK" to confirm separation of issues.
