Issue: Move Issue Print

This function is for user to move issue with status Lodged to another location.

1. Select "Plan Viewer" from the side menu, select unit with issue that wants to be moved. Only issue with status "Lodged" can be moved.

2. Click on "Move Issue"

3. Move the marker around to indicate new location. Once satisfied, click "Edit"
