On the web portal, new tags can be created through System Settings. Tags are used to provide another level of categorization and can be used to filter issues.

1. Select Project.

2. Select 'System Settings' and select 'Tags'.

3. Click the 'Create' button.

4. Fill in the necessary details and click 'Submit' when completed. The 'Name' field is only visible to admin users, and can function as a more detailed name of the tag, whereas 'Display Name' will be reflected on the label in web and mobile and should ideally be short. These fields can both be the same.
