The system allows the user to decline issues in the event that the issues reported by unit owners do not fall under the Defect Liability agreement, or if it's not a valid issue. This function is only applicable to issues with the 'Lodged' status.
1. Select Project.
2. Select 'Issue List' from the side menu.
3. Scroll to the rightmost column of the issue, click the 'Options' button, and select 'Decline Issue'.
4. Input Remarks and upload an Image. When completed, click 'Submit'.
