On the web portal, new issues are lodged through the Plan Viewer module.

1. Select Project.

2. Select 'Plan Viewer', then select the intended unit and ensure that it is in 'Issue Mode'.

3. Click the intended Location. When the pop up box appears, select 'Add Issue'.

4. A white marker will appear. Click and drag it to the correct position within the location, then select the 'Edit' button.

5. Fill out the necessary details and click 'Submit'.
