The system allows the user to decline issues in the event that the issues reported by unit owners do not fall under the Defect Liability agreement, or if it's not a valid issue. This function is only applicable to issues with the 'Lodged' status.
1. Select Project.
2. Navigate to a unit's issues (See This Article for further details).
3. Select one of the issues with the 'Lodged' status.
4. Select the 'Decline' button at the very bottom of the page.
5. Input a Comment and upload an image. When completed, select 'Confirm'.
