There are two ways to lodge an issue through the mobile app:

  1. Through the Plan Viewer, wherein the user can see the layout plan image and select where the issue is located
  2. Through the Unit Listing, wherein the issue is lodged through dropdown menus


METHOD 1: Plan Viewer


1. Select Project.

2. Select 'Plan Viewer'.


3. Select which Block (if applicable), Level (if applicable), and Unit. A layout image will be loaded.


4. Tap on the Location and select 'Add Issue'.


5. Move the issue marker as needed and select 'Confirm Area'.


6. Select the Category, Type, Issue, Contractor and Priority from the dropdown menus, input a Due By date by tapping on the calendar icon and selecting a date, and using the Image Upload to attach a photo (either Take Photo or Choose From Library). Select 'Submit'.


METHOD 2: Listing


1. Select Project.

2. Select 'Listing'.


3. Select 'Add'.


4. Select 'Units'.


5. Select Unit. The 'Search' bar can be used to filter units.


6. Tap on the Location and tap on the correct position to move the Issue Marker. Click 'Confirm Area'.


7. Select the Category, Type, Issue, Contractor and Priority from the dropdown menus, input a Due By date by tapping on the calendar icon and selecting a date, and using the Image Upload to attach a photo (either Take Photo or Choose From Library). Select 'Submit'.
